- 28-minute bi-weekly phones (25 total calls over a year)
- They get hand-holding as they start their real estate journey by an experienced investor with over 220 rental units (commercial, mobile homes parks, duplexes, multifamily, and single family residences).
- They get homework every phone call that is specifically related to their goals.
- They have a place for accountability in reaching the goals they set.
- They get to go onto the WhatsApp investor group and see real estate projects that we are currently doing. They can also ask questions through the app to us and the community.
- They learn how to scale and systematize their real estate business.
What do they NOT get in this coaching program?
- A guarantee that they will be successful or buy a home before the year is over.
- Unlimited access and phone calls to the coach.
- Education on every subject of real estate.
Rebate for accomplishing bi-weekly goals: The coaching client has the opportunity to get a $200 rebate for each time they accomplish their bi-weekly goals. All rebates will be given at the end of the year coaching program, thus potentially making the cost of the program $5000. No rebates will be given unless the program is completed.
